Our annual SHOE BOX APPEAL is underway for Blythswood Care! Filled shoe boxes can be dropped off to either church each Sunday, last collection date Sunday, 3 November. Please cover the boxes with Christmas paper. Some hats and scarves are available in both church halls if you would like to pick them up for a small donation towards the transport costs of the boxes. Thanks to all who continue to support this amazing charity who distribute to those who have so little. 
By filling a shoebox with simple things you can make a difference to people living in extreme poverty. It’s easy to choose gifts for people who have so little. Shampoo, a pair of socks, a notepad, a small toy, a bag of sweets – things we take for granted will seem like luxuries. A full list of suggested items can be found Here
